They do not even return phone calls to inquire about building a pool. On my initial call I spoke to a lady who assured me that the owner would contact me back. A week later I called again and left a voicemail and never received a call back. if you can't have the common courtesy to return a phone call inquiring about building a pool, why would someone hire Mystic Pools to build them one.
