BEWARE: Vendors should proceed with caution. Services were completed, yet payment has not been made despite months of follow-ups, unanswered emails, and repeated assurances that were never honored. If they can’t pay their subcontractors, I would seriously question being a resident at this property.
Don’t rent/buy this place if you want to sleep well at night!!! This tower has the weirdest speaker announcement going into every room of the apartment ALL THE TIME! I’m leaving this message at 5:30 am because the announcement was on again!!! Three days in a role, 4 am, 7 am, and 5 am, during the day even more!!! It always wakes up my baby’s nap. My recent visit to the building was overshadowed by the behavior of the security guard. From the moment we arrived, he treated us with hostility and disrespect. His rude attitude made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It's disappointing to encounter such unprofessional behavior, and I hope the management takes steps to address this issue. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience that left a negative impression on us.
