We take our Border Collie to "Mystic Paws" and she absolutely loves it there! She interacts with other dogs and I love the employees! They are all amazing people and I know my dog is in good care ! (:

I had taken Isaac there several times and always had good luck. However the last time he was injured while there. They were not forth coming with this information it was not until I pushed asking what was wrong with him as he is not acting right. They then admitted he had fallen off the groomer table head first. I immediatly took him to the vet where he was suffering a head injury and hypothermia. He required warmed IV fluids and to be on a warmer for several hours to bring his temperature back up. Was informed that client showed to 2pm appointment after 2:30. With no call saying that they would be late. I have to pay employees to be there waiting. If you No-Show then the cost comes out of my pocket.
When I lived in Twin Falls I always took Sissy to get her hair cut there. Phil is so good with her and she loves him. Thanks for taking such good care of my girl.
We love Mystic Paws! Our puppy Waffles loves to go and he always comes home looking beautiful and tired!
I have been taking my cats to MP for 7 years now. Won't let anyone else touch my baby's!
