I came in with my mom to be a good sport, and had an awesome time! I had a pedicure done by Fiona and it was really relaxing, and I also had some waxing done cuz why not? My understanding is that this place is under new management and I don’t know what it was like before, but now it’s a really cool experience.

Under new management, Mystic Nails is the only place I will go. They make it a point to remember my name and what I like done. They listen to my concerns and take great care of me and my guests.

If I could, I would give a 0/10. Awful, rude customer service and the nail techs don't know how to do nail designs. I got a shellac manicure ($30) and asked simply for an ombre that was light pink to mostly orange with a palm tree on my ring finger. They picked out a darker pink than I chose but I trusted them because I'm no nail expert. The lady tried maybe 4 times to do an ombre and she didn't know how to do it correctly!
