Normally, I would not rate a business this low, but they had zero compassion when attempting to modify our reservation. Unfortunately, I had a family emergency arise and when we attempted to reschedule our appointments, (we were 1 hour within the 24 cancellation window) and they insisted to charge us 50%; 'no exceptions they said' - truly disappointing customer service.
