i was in recently for a follow up cleaning,always a nice and friendly experience at mystic dental, my hygienist Jocelyn is always very professional and friendly and makes my visit a pleasure,and i can tell by the atmosphere in the other rooms, this runs throughout the office,i have to follow up with Dr Fallon whom i have known many years, great guy, always makes time to get me in and taken care of quickly, and i do have to mention the office personnel are really on the ball when there was a billing error, they resolved it to... read more

Service was excellent yesterday. From the person who answered my call that I was running late to the account rep at the exiting desk, everyone was friendly and polite. My dental hygienist was the best I have had there.

I had two surgeries this past Spring and Summer and am having a slow recovery, which caused me to reschedule my appointments. The staff was very accommodating in finding me a hygiene appointment much sooner than I expected that worked great with my schedule. Also, they were very helpful in finding a short fused appointment for my son who needed to be seen prior to his 22nd birthday, when he would be losing insurance coverage. Both were very much appreciated!
