Great customer service & flowers!
Don't feel like I got what I paid for. I was called and told they did not have the tall flower for the back of my arraignment but would substitute for something similar. I asked the caller to get me something as nice as what was ordered. What I purchased vs what I received were from completely different planets. I tried to upload pics of what I ordered vs what I received but wouldn't let me.
Very good customer service that helped me out when my order got messed up, but the pictures can be a bit misleading vs what you actually get.
I was disappointed with the arrangement I received compared to the advertised photo. The bouquet delivered had significantly more greenery and noticeably fewer flowers than pictured, especially for the $81 total cost including delivery. I understand substitutions can happen, but the overall fullness and quality did not feel comparable to what was advertised.
