My experience with HGV's customer service at the sales center was highly transactional and aggressive. While the staff initially appeared polite, it was clear that their courtesy was solely driven by sales targets rather than genuine hospitality. The entire system seems designed to pressure customers into spending money. Furthermore, I noticed a complete 180-degree shift in their attitude—turning entirely indifferent—the moment it became clear I wasn't going to make a purchase.
I play golf at Mistic Dunes regularly and I think right now it’s the best condition ever. The greens are in fantastic shape. I would highly recommend this course my handicap is 5
