Can't wait for this location to open back up If I could give zero I would. Waiting months just to be told they don't have availability at this location. I have called multiple numbers and times and no one answers. My doctors referral is for this place and I need to get an appointment.
Run, don't walk, run fast away from this place. I started with this company in October 2024 and by December 2024, I was asking for my son's medical notes and discharge papers from the Lauderhill facility. Imagine, this place is so horrible, that at least 7 of their therapist quit ALL AT THE SAME TIME. Then in January 2025, the center called me to get paperwork going for ABA Therapy, only to have me wait 6 weeks, after we received authorization from my insurance and found a RBT, just to inform me that the company is closing. ... read more
