My daughter loves going and the staff is very nice and friendly. Bridget at the front desk is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Thanks to them, I was able to find a great work, school, life and therapy balance.
i have been taking my son to Myspot for about 5 years. i absolutely love the safe & therapists. their scheduler Bridget, is beyond amazing & helpful. with whatever i need for my son to be see she works her magic! the other recipient is also equally wonderful. my son’s current therapists are Dominique OT & Brielle PT. i couldn’t ask for better therapist. they both are so patient & kind with my son. they listen to all of my concerns and questions.
Update: I would like to say Juanita is lovely. She remedied things for me and I would consider her a valuable part of your staff. Can't wait for this location to open back up If I could give zero I would. Waiting months just to be told they don't have availability at this location. If that was the case then why didn't you let me know the million times I called just for you to tell me you will call me back. I understand you are busy but then tell the parent know and they can find another place this tatic is wasting everyone's... read more
