Update: I would like to say Juanita is lovely. She remedied things for me and I would consider her a valuable part of your staff. Can't wait for this location to open back up If I could give zero I would. Waiting months just to be told they don't have availability at this location. I have called multiple numbers and times and no one answers. My doctors referral is for this place and I need to get an appointment.
Run, don't walk, run fast away from this place. I started with this company in October 2024 and by December 2024, I was asking for my son's medical notes and discharge papers from the Lauderhill facility. Imagine, this place is so horrible, that at least 7 of their therapist quit ALL AT THE SAME TIME. Then in January 2025, the center called me to get paperwork going for ABA Therapy, only to have me wait 6 weeks, after we received authorization from my insurance and found a RBT, just to inform me that the company is closing. ... read more
Why is it that no one picks up the phone? I been calling kids spot over two weeks now and no one picks up the phone. Why are these people working if they ignoring the calls coming in? Sit at home if you all don't want to pick up calls for the patients. My son haven't got therapy for awhile. Now when I spoke with them last year they said they don't see my insurance in the system. This place is not ready 😩 😭 I really hate it here.if I can do better I wouldn't take my son here. Because this place sucks.
Worst place ever they took my little sister out of the system because they didn’t care that she was sick my mother would call in advance and tell them that she was sick and yet they still wanted her to come in sick how ridiculous honestly. The workers in the office were also sometimes very rude but ok please do not go here it’s a terrible place
