Not very accomodating or professional – My wife ( who is 20 weeks pregnant) and I recently celebrated our 1st anniversary with a weekend at the Fairmont hotel. We ordered a "deep sleep" massage for her Sunday morning. When she arrived back in the room at 12pm she was nearly in tears, explaining to me that the masseuse was not qualified to give massages to pregnant women, told her so but was told by management to "adapt". So relaxing – This spa was awesome!! I totally want to bring all my friends. I went afterwork on a friday, instead of going out. It made my crappy week so much better. The facial was amazing.
Amazing Spa – This Spa is gorgeous. I have traveled all over the world and had massages in many different countries and this is one of the most beautiful Spas that I have been to. It is spacious and decorated in a modern style that also draws on classic Asian inspirations. Besides a nice, relaxing environment, the service was top notch and everyone was sincere and friendly. I love this place.
