Horrible experience! I signed in for a fill in due to a hurt finger & can’t soak with acetone. They said they could. Tech proceeded to sand my nails off & pull out the acetone. I politely said no, I need a fill-in due to my hurt finger. She got the manager & he made a ridiculous scene in front of the whole salon! I walked out & went to Navie salon & Vy helped me & did a beautiful DIP FILL-IN for me with NO PROBLEMS! Go to Navie!
I spent months searching & trying new salons as I am not picky, but I do have specific things that I am looking for. And Mysa fits it all! They have plenty of qualified nail artists to give you whatever design, color, and type nails you want. My favorite ppl there are Alex & Tina! You will find good & not so good reviews about every place in the market. But it's important to speak up & be polite while letting them know if you are unhappy. Very rushed visit. Nail technician was very rough, not a soothing pedicure at all.
My friend and I both went on Thursday at 5:30 for an acrylic appointment. The nails are great both we both had terrible experiences. My person kept stabbing my fingers with the nail file, and at one point jammed my pointer nail into it. Several other nail techs kept surrounding me and laughing about the reference photo of the nails I wanted, which they passed around to eachother to laugh at.
