Great vacation experience! We had some special needs and the staff was super responsive and accommodating. Room was also very clean which is super important cause my wife is OCD! Will def book with them again.
My brother and I rented Casa Del Sol from Myrtle Grand Vacations for the week of 7/9. The homeowner ended up leaving this real estate company and moving the management to Elliot Rental. I called in after making a full payment to confirm the stay and they had moved us from a private house to a cheap "resort" without notifying us. I was alarmed and immediately felt like I had been scammed. this place blows so much! i would never stay here again, Walter Pigg is the rudest person i have ever met, he lies and he doesnt care about anyone but himself, the rooms were dirty and the workers were assholes, stay away from walter and his place
Clean,very nice family vac.spot,I recommend this to all that need a good,comfortable place to relax..
They canceled our reservation TWO DAYS before we were scheduled to leave for vacation! We were booked into the Myrtle Beach Resort Renaissance Tower 316. The only explanation we got was "the owner didn't want to rent it". Said they didn't have anything else to book us in. We had to find another rental two days before our vacation started. BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
