Rooms are small and outdated and the security is very rude and harassed you everytime you come in the gate and there is also a surprise $60 parking pass fee they don't mention until you get here I've stayed in 30 - 40 different time share / resorts and this is by far the worst one, I wish I had a 3rd arm so I could give 3 thumbs down
Our room was nice for the most part. We are in the 5 seasons section. Most of my issues are personal preferences. No screens on patio doors/windows. HVAC seemed to be backwards. Heat coming from vents when ac was on. Pillows were awful, no ice maker, only 5 bath towels for the week, no kitchen towels. Very minimal kitchenware. Beach is a good 10 min walk. We are on the 2nd floor. We can hear the 3rd floor CONSTANTLY. We had to call security 3 times (this is our 3rd night) because of the noise. Some of it was because the wall... read more
