These guys were very prompt, we had our bikes 45 minutes early, came with helmets and everything needed! Also gave us a little instructions on how to use them! Definitely renting from these guys again when I come back to north mrytle beach! Great service and great people!
We wanted a place we could park and then hop in the bikes and go. Eric had them all ready for us. Very seamless process. We had riders of all ages and heights. He was able to accommodate a group of 11 of us. Great location to too around the shops and not too far down the road was MB State Park. Would definitely rent again!
I can not say enough about how great these guys are to work with. We were stuck at the RV because the park would not allow our golf cart. Eric came to the rescue within minutes and brought us 3 e-bikes. These were a game changer. Not only did he deliver them right to us. We switched campgrounds, extended our rental, and when we were ready for pick up, they were there within time for us to checkout at the campground. Awesome service and he will be getting a call from us to order 3 new e-bikes.
I just bought a VELOTRIC Fold E-Bike from Eric. He made the process easy and enjoyable. My wife and I were able to ride as many bikes as we wanted including coming back a second time and riding again. There was no pressure and he was very accommodating. He was knowledgeable about each bike and made suggestions based on our riding style. Very professional. I would recommend this business and it will be me my first stop when I am ready to buy again.
We rented 6 e-bikes for 3 adults and 3 teens for a super fun day of family riding. When I scheduled the rental online I accidentally chose the wrong day. Eric contacted me and rescheduled my rentals for the next day! Top notch customer service and nice, new, comfortable e-bikes for rent. We rode to the state park, around market commons and more. It’s a great way to get around town! Highly recommend Myrtle Beach Electric Bikes!
