Went in the shop to just look at bikes to see what they had to offer, Eric greeted us as soon as entering and was extremely professional and friendly. He is very knowledgable when it comes to these bikes. Great selection to choose from too. We ended up buying one bike, went back less than a week later to buy a second. Both Eric and his wife are great people, so down to earth and just all around good people. I highly recommend coming here for e-bike purchase, rentals, and repairs...they have made customers for life with us.
My Wife and I were visiting Myrtle Beach and decided to visit a few bike shops in the area, We found 2 shops close to us, we then planned to be at the first shop first thing when they opened… However we were there but NO SHOW of the shop opening. We have rented multiple bikes twice from Eric. He delivers them, the bikes are in great shape, and he provides great instructions and service! We rented a bike with an extra padded seat which is great for adding a child. The bikes are plenty fast, super easy, and have a light if needed. 5 star service and excellent product, we will now rent bikes every time we visit the beach. Actually the kids will Probably demand that we do! Thank you Eric!!!
Great company, Highly recommend! The bikes are very nice and in good shape. Much better than some others we have rented in the past. The owner is very nice and helpful as well. Highly recommend Myrtle Beach Electric Bikes!!
