Late winter sometimes brings spring and summer surprise weather a little early. This means you can enjoy the nice weather and a quiet walk down the boardwalk without having to navigate tourist crowds. Temperature was perfect in the 60's. A lot of tourists. Shops open and everyone seemed to having a good time.
