We usually stay at the anchorage condos but since we decided to come last minute they were booked. Came here and first three of the smoke detectors was hanging out in walls by the wires, one of the beds was almost completely caved in, then one of the bathroom showers was missing the head and handles to cut on water, other bathroom lights worked when it wants and another bathroom toilet was LOUD when flushed def needs replacement, fridge hardly worked,there was still trash left not sure if room service did a complete clean be... read more
My husband got snake bit 3 weeks ago while walking to the pool. I reported the incident that night. I did receive a phone call the next day while we were trying to relax due to the horrible night at the ER. Three phone calls later still no return to call. Was promised they would pay ER visit. Over 3 weeks later received an email saying they're not going to pay. They openly admitted to having an abundance of snakes in the area. The HOA might want to consider posting signs! Awesome rooms and lovely views
Very clean room, well kept grounds. The only small hitch was the closet door hinge. It is centrally located to everything. Looking forward to this fall and hopefully another visit.
I have stayed in 2 different condos and they are awesome
