I have had fourteen real estate transactions over the years, all using realtors. Team Kiriu/Sasaki are simply the best real estate professionals I've ever encountered, and I am certainly glad I found them. From the purchase of my new home and through the sale of my prior home, everything was handled professionally resulting in smooth, drama free transactions. They take phone calls, answer questions, and explain every step of the process. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!

Myron and his team were amazing to work with. I live out of state and was helping my mom with the sale. Even with the time difference the communication was awesome. They went over all of our options in a way that was easy to understand and explain to my 85yr old mom. They have an extensive list of vendors that they work with and was able to give us options if we wanted to repair anything before selling. They were never pushy and always made us feel comfortable.
