dr Torres has done a good job as a neurologist.. I don’t appreciate the office here re-scheduling my appointment without calling… especially when I need clearance for a upcoming surgery and the soonest they can get me in is about a month later. The new appointment pops up as a text message, and they don’t even bother to call or inform me they canceled/rescheduled my upcoming appointment. Rude bedside manners after her patient for 5 years, jumps right to medicine and no second option so she can get more money
My wife was really happy with her visit. They spent a good 3 hours going over her charts and history to get a broad brush view of her issue before diving into the details of what might be causing her issues. Her bedside manner is empathetic and caring; she seems to truly want to help with your issues. Most of all I really appreciate the time she took to fully diagnose my wife instead of just spending 15 minutes with her and handing her a prescription.
