We had a lot of lows with the appraisal being so high in the beginning of the year. The feed back on the house was that it was too much work to bring it up to date but Myrietta walked us thru it. In the end Myrietta found us 2 buyers, the first buyers lender pulled out within days of closing but within a short time after that she found another buyer who purchased our parents home and she worked so hard to make this sale. We couldn't have asked for more, the work she put in to get the house sold. Thank you Myrietta
