Have been going to Dr Gabriel’s office for 20+ yrs. Saw Dr Myrick for the first time with my son. He stated that he agreed with the ER report and then I see that we got billed for an additional broken bone. When questioned I was told he was the specialist and my son broke 2 bones. The entire staff is rude.on every single interaction wether in person or over the phone the staff has been extremely rude. They haven’t had anything about me or my appointments correct. They never scheduled me for follow up appointments. Took them two months to schedule an MRI. This whole office is a mess rude staff unorganized and gives out false information.
Dr Myrick assistant was very rude and gave false information. They refuse to give a referral and the insurance company said they have never heard of a specialist not being able to give a referral. When asking to make a complaint there is no one to talk to. After 2 surgeries he should have gotten it right but my daughter is still have pain and problems with her foot.
Xray was not working so md had 8 xrays taken none of xrays showed anything I got 2nd opinion because Myrick wanted rush me to surgery, The 2nd opinion said 2 weeks has past so will not need surgery. THANKFULLY NI SURGERY ALWATS GET 2ND OPINION.
