I took my mom to see Dr. Rodriguez Padilla. First of all, the clinic has poor signage and you cannot tell it is inside another business. Secondly, we had to wait in line for the CSRs to help us. By the time we got our tablet and filled it out, we were a little behind by 5-10 minutes. But then we were made to wait an additional 40 minutes. Then we were escorted to an exam room. First, let me say I like Myriam. I don't find her rude or condescending as some do in these reviews. That being said she is swamped so the portal proves to be inadequate to communicate with her. She really needs somebody to man that for her as, based on her responses, she doesn't really read the messages thoroughly or chooses not to respond to specific questions because she is rushed. In any case every patient wants to feel like they are heard and I don't get that with her so I'm changing providers.
She is amazing
