I found Ellen snide and patronizing. I would NEVER use Myriad Team. My understanding is that Keller Williams donated significantly to the current administration. Another reason for intelligent to steer clear.

I could not be happier with the Myriad Team! They’ve helped me purchase a property as well as list one and on both occasions - I was very impressed with their knowledge and willingness to answer any questions I had. They definitely went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them!
Can't rant & rave enough how fantastic Ellen Leader and her team was throughout the nightmare of buying & selling a house. We're 500 miles and several states removed from the property she helped us sell. Communication was never lacking questions always answered honestly & accurately and we couldn't be happier with the results. I hope we never need to buy or sell a property again but if we do I know who our 1st call will be.
We're so grateful for Marcia and everything she did to help us find our home! She truly went above and beyond in a time when the housing market was crazy. She helped us keep our sanity AND find a home within a reasonable time frame, answered our many questions, and was extremely professional and down to earth. Cannot recommend her enough!
