I was impressed with the lady with whom I spoke to order an arrangement. She was organized, and knowledgeable about the options available. This was a refreshing experience. I commend Myrene's staff. Great customer service skills. Ron P.
I called to inquire about a delivery. A lady answered the phone and once I started to ask about a delivery she become loud and told me that was a hectic day and she doesn't know. I made another inquiry and she again got loud and then hung up on me. I called back, received basically the same treatment and was hung up on again. Later I spoke with the owner/manager of the shop.
