Absolute Breeze. I am a first time home buyer. To be completely honest, I had no idea what I was doing and I was expecting it all to be overwhelming and chaotic with how much there was to be done in the process. Myra not only made everything streamline, but also stress free. She is professional, and very down to earth.

Myra was very unprofessional. I had a set due date to be in my new place by, I'd call her and she would say things to me like call her during business hours. There was times I texted and called her. at 1pm in the afternoon and she wouldn't respond to me until the next day. Myra also talked to me as if I was slow or a kid. On the day of me trying to get my keys I was asked about money that I didn't know I had to bring, she instructed me if I didn't have the money I needed to talk to the landlord.
