I ordered flowers with a long runway of notice. They confirmed they would be able to have them available. On the day before the funeral ( after having to return twice) the flowers arrived closed up. The peonies were multiple days away from opening. They were “sorry” but offered no refund or attempts to locate appropriate blooms. No proper florist would ever send these flowers to a client in an arrangement. Worse experience ever at a florist in my life. Buyer beware!

Very poor service, unprofessional handling and shipping of products, parcel wasn’t complete, not helpful in trying to rectify the problem maybe because I’m an intentional customer and on top of that giving the receiver a slip with the prices on when it’s meant to be a gift. Very disappointing.
