My family has used this service for about 5 years as a way to help my 95 year old mother live independently. It has been a complete success thanks to the hard work and dedication of their office and field staff. With my mother now transitioning to Assisted Living we can only hope she will be surrounded by such a loving, gentle, kind, and competent staff. I would reccomend this service to anyone.
OK, I wasn't going to give this company a review, thought ok maistakes happen. But getting a form letter thanking me for allowing the company to deliver in home care for me has me angry. The company was to provide services after my surgery. Had met with everyone. Days were set up, etc. On the first day of service I waited for my person assigned to me to show up.
