The reception agent was effective in swapping units for us, the 5ft*9ft room is just enough for 3 people (and a bike)
Deb In Lafayette Indiana was discriminating against me!! Only wanted to rent the smaller units to college students!! I went online got the 5x 10 online with a discount price then what she was charging.
She was very helpful with everything
