The new management team has been very helpful, with excellent communication throughout. Anita, in particular, was understanding and went out of her way to resolve the issues I was facing. I truly appreciate her patience, attentiveness, and the time she took to make things right.
Can't get in hold with a physical person. System wouldnt accept code that I had for two days.
Great experience and super clean
The worst managed self storage facility ever since acquisition by MyPlace. I haven't been able to login to my account for 6 months. I can't update my payment information. Every time I try to call or visit in person, there is no manager to speak with.
Clean property
