Ive been a customer here for some time now before they changed it to "MYPLACE STORAGE" and the customer service here is terrible!!!! You can never get in contact with anybody here about an issue with your unit. Ive had 2 issues pertaining to my unit. First time, was about my access to gate not working took me weeks to be able to get into my unit because i could not get a hold of anybody. Then, finally found somebody in store, explain the situation and was just giving the store access gate code which i call that lazy customer... read more
