Victoria and Jim have been amazing. I initially rented a larger unit when I was moving, and they were there every step of the way to ensure I was taken care of. Any questions I’ve had, they are always professional and knowledgeable. Their excellent customer service, paired with the fact that facility itself is very secure and so well maintained, is the reason why I ended up switching to a smaller unit instead of leaving completely, when I finished my move.

I booked a unit online but have some concerns before I moved my stuff in so I stopped by the location and I must say, Victoria was very helpful! She spoke with care and knowledge while answering my questions.
