Edit: Justin did an amazing job helping me with a lock out due to me losing my key. He was so patient and helpful and even came down from Akron to help! five stars! Heather at the Cooke Rd location did an excellent job getting me set up with my unit. Friendly customer service and she even helped me save more in the long run! Great experience
