My place self storage this is by far the worst experience I ever had with a business I was trying to pay my bill over the phone wasn't able to do that I came to the location and was able to drop the money off it was supposed to be $300 but I accidentally put $600. Once I realized I immediately called came back to the location if you look on the internet they said that they're open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. this was all happy monday. Edit* they do what they can to help each person and find the storage you need. Staff has reached out to me and are going to make things right over the little situation I had with the lock..

Update 6 months later: Run from this place. Almost half the place has been broken into. The gate is open 24/7. There’s people there all night long. I noticed someone had set up a space to sleep in the unit next to mine. Noticed multiple units rummaged through in my hallway. Property manager recently required insurance and now I see why. It was great under Public Storage ownership. MyPlace sucks. They bought it in September, and still the online portal doesnt work.
