Professional & considerate experience working with Jennifer. Facility is clean, well maintained & competitive.
Worst experience storing my stuff. Jennifer is rude and unprofessional. I had a few bad encounters with her and she refuses to give me a supervisor or someone higher than her contact information. The place is seriously ghetto, the elevators are always messed up and needing to be serviced , the “climate control” is not really controlled, it is always so hot and humid inside the building.
I'm Thanking God 🙌 for Ms. Jennifer... She was Amazing, Professional and Compassionate toward me and my needs. I truly needed that and she gave just that and it made my business successful. Thank You Ms. Jennifer for Everything 🥰
Went in to look at a couple units and get pricing. The manager, Jennifer, was professional and gave us a tour of the facility and showed us a few units that would meet our needs. The facility is clean and in a great location and definitely a great choice if we can make up our mind on what we're doing with our excess stuff
