Misty was extremely helpful and efficient she quickly solved our issue and was wonderful to work with .
I had a few glitches with my first attempt to access the unit. After meeting with Lakisha, the storage Manager, I was greatly pleased with the service and assistance that she provided to me. This place is the absolute worst. Time and time again that I come here, there isn't anyone in the office. The staff over the phone are pleasant but that doesn't give me access to my belongings. They've removed my lock without informing me, I'm still paying for storage, the access code changes, etc, etc. Not sure how they received a 4.5 but clearly something is wrong. 0 stars for me.
