I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent massage appointment. Throughout the session, the male massage therapist was repeatedly using his mobile phone while giving the massage. This was extremely unprofessional and took away from the experience. I mentioned this during the session and asked that the phone be put away, however he continued to use it regardless.
