I booked with Ashley and she took away months of pain in in my shoulder and back in an hour and a half. She was also able to explain to me what was happening anatomically and ways to help prevent it. She mixed some moves that felt like I was doing light physical therapy while she was doing the massage and the results of how my muscles relaxed wow'd me. She also made sure to make it relaxing and enjoyable all at once. She has a wealth of knowledge and likes to share it. Would absolutely go to her again. to her again.

Had a great massage from Marissa! Very welcoming and relaxing space. She was very knowledgeable and shared her insights with me which I appreciated a lot! Will definitely book another massage when I’m back in PDX.
