Came to MYP with a pinched nerve In my ribs and wow! Only a few days afer my appointment I am already feeling 90% better. Jen is a very skilled and knowledgeable RMT! She went above and beyond to share some healing recommendations and stretches for me to do. I look forward to my next visit and would highly recommend!
I have never been to a massage therapist before. Came in with a couple issues in my back. A recent injury to my upper back is what brought me in. The other issue was chronic sciatica. It had been with me for three years at varying levels of pain. Jen worked on the upper and lower back. I didn't lnow what to expect from massage therapy and I was not expecting much to be honest. Jenn is a really good RMT, Jennifer knows how to get the knots out of my back. She also uses complimentary therapies like cupping yo give you the best outcomes possible. She is very welcoming and made me feel comfortable the second I walked in the door. The rooms are also clean and beautiful. I was trying to find an RMT last minute on a holiday weekend. Jen fit me in immediately! She is amazing at what she does, and it’s evident she truly cares about her clients!
