I am writing this review on behalf of my husband, he had an amazing experience, he has constant knots in his neck and shoulders and it was really bugging him the one day. He reached out on Canada Day since everyone was closed and he was able to get in for an appointment that same day! The knots were all worked out and he was able to move around and spend time with kids. I highly recommend anyone looking for a professional and experienced massage therapist to call right away!

Wow, just wow!! I just tried Jen for the first time this morning after her name being highly recommended on a Facebook thread and honestly feel like I could go run a marathon this afternoon! I have 3 herniated discs and an SI joint injury , it’s a reoccurring problem for me. I have tried many many many massage places before and JEN is my new spot. Thank you so much Jen for your expertise & INCREDIBLE massage. Also, really cute building ! Clean studio. 10/10 see you again next week!
Came to MYP with a pinched nerve In my ribs and wow! Only a few days afer my appointment I am already feeling 90% better. Jen is a very skilled and knowledgeable RMT! She went above and beyond to share some healing recommendations and stretches for me to do. I look forward to my next visit and would highly recommend!
