Alan is an absolutely brilliant practitioner!! From identifying niggling issues to maintenance his therapy is A1.
Alan really knows his stuff and he's very switched on. He listens to what you want and will stay on your problem area for an appropriate amount of time as well as other points that relate to it. It's like he's completely aware of every muscle and trigger point and can 'see' how they sit and work together. I like a firm massage and Alan is very strong, but he is also very intuitive and knows exactly where and when to modify the pressure or strategy.
