Tiernee and Myofunctional Matters were great. As an adult with airway issues, learning how to optimize my tongue and mouth and breathing became a crucial part of my health journey. It was very easy once I knew the issues and correct ways to improve with Theraphy and exercises. Easy to do. Great focused efforts from knowledgeable skilled professionals. So glad I did it. Highly recommend.

Myofunctional Matters Therapy and specifically Tiernee Midkiff was wonderful to work with. She was able to educate me on exercises to relieve my TMJ pain and eliminate my snoring which in turn has allowed me to sleep better at night. My dentist wanted me to have my tongue tie clipped and do extensive therapy. I no longer need to thanks to Tiernee.
I had the best experience with Tiernee as my myofunctional therapist! I highly recommend her!
