Not a fan of the client care or service here. My practitioner was consistently 5+ mins late for every 30 minute appointment I ever booked and never reimbursed the time lost. It also takes client services days and days to reply to voicemails, emails or phone calls to get any sort of answers. Unfortunately since leaving the clinic, I’ve been experiencing significant increased pain. The session didn’t meet my expectations, and I’m concerned the symptoms have worsened.
Rachel was a great RMT, helped with some immediate relief of my low back flare up and took time to talk me through how to best manage it moving forward.
Had a great first session with Monika! So kind and so attentive! Looking forward to more sessions :)
I’ve had a great experience at this location and James Ma has really helped me with multiple issues I’ve been experiencing. He has taken the time to create really well thought out plans for my recovery and his approach has been gentle yet detailed, knowledgeable and also easy for me to follow. Very appreciative for all the help so far and highly recommend James!!
