Sara is truly so passionate and knowledgeable! It was my first time at Myo and first time having a session like that. Not only she spent time on getting to know my body, the way I stand and move but she also had time to reassess me later after my session. I just came back from a short trip and all my lower body was super sore and tight so she used variety of different techniques to relieve this tension. My body responded so well. I had no idea I can feel so nice and loose after. Her pressure and style are so great 👍
