Worked with Kylie for several months on a variety of issues, but mainly Achilles and lower back pain. She was so thorough and her build of exercises and manual therapy helped me slowly get back to running and lifting pain-free. She also helped me identify areas to improve on in my running mechanics, which have helped me improve my cadence, stride and heel-striking. 10/10 would recommend Kylie, ans Myodetox :)
I mistakenly booked an appointment for the following day instead of the following week due to rushing. Despite never having been late or missed an appointment before, I was charged the full amount for the session. Given that the booking was made just ~12 hours in advance, it’s highly unlikely it prevented another client from being seen. The complete lack of grace or understanding in this situation gives the impression that customers are disregarded and undervalued. As a result, I will no longer continue as a patient.
Brilliant spot. First visit to any service like this and I am happy I did. Professional, clean, friendly and approachable. 10/10 would recommend John!
