I first came to Myo CityPlace a few months ago to address a tore hamstring. I've been working with Jasmine to get back in the gym and I couldn't speak more highly of my experience so far! Ness is an attentive physiotherapist who listens to your historical experience and integrates information from other sources eg. medical scans and doctor recommendations, thoughtfully puts together exercises and treatment protocols, and ultimately achieves results! I’ve been working with her for 5 months and we’ve tackled a number of issues including my knee and two shoulder impingements and have either resolved or made significant improvements in all.
