I had my initial post-surgery physiotherapy assessment yesterday, February 5, with Maryelle. I have now started walking without a walker. Maryelle is a very knowledgeable professional and is also friendly and patient. After the first session, she followed up and replied to emails very quickly. I've been an MVA patient for close to three months now. I'll start with my choice of clinic. I had two options in my area: Telus and Myodetox. When I called Telus, the representative wasn’t sure whether they provided MVA treatment, and overall, the interaction felt unengaging. My favorite place, good service
Update: I have been going to Myo on 17th since June. The Physio and Massage therapist are great. I have chosen to no longer come to Myo. They have updated their policy and are no longer providing the service of billing two insurances. I am very disappointed with that decision. So now the I would have to process my second insurance on my own time. Now I have decided to go to another clinic that allows and process double insurance on behalf of their patients.
