I was hesitant about having to see different doctors throughout the entire pregnancy, but the end results were 10/10. I love every single doctor I met. Dr.DeVera- did a membrane sweep. Encouraged me to go in early if I wanted to. When I went in Dr. Kasar was there and helped me get the ball rolling. She broke my water. Dr. Grundy delivered my beautiful baby girl. It was fast and easy. Dr. Romero followed up after birth and even answered questions after I left the hospital. I am so thankful to all these doctors.
Review for Marissa medical staff specifically: please give this woman a RAISE! I have never had someone show such compassion, care, and excellence. Seriously the hard work and drive is outstanding. I had a major issue with billing and insurance and whatever else you name it, and the only person to take their time with me, help me, and navigate these issues with me was Marissa. Under their care never seen an actual doctor. My short pregnancy Ended up having a Micro preemie under their care. Born at 26weeks due to an infection ! After I told them I did not feel right it was brushed off contractions and discharge !!! But Jessica Aguilar didn’t care she was to busy harassing me to check gestational diabetes. Ran into hospital within minutes had my son . And then Sarah Newton showed up while I pushed my son out with doctor on call . She immediately started to try to remove my placenta! As a first time mom going through her first pregnancy, I'm glad to have chosen this practice. Every doctor I've seen has been informative and knowledgeable, answering any questions with detailed responses. The medical assistants who take your vitals prior to the appointment are always kind, specifically Nathan. He's always in a fantastic mood and provides much needed light hearted humor.
Everyone was personable, putting me at ease. A male nurse working at an OB office? He was totally amazing and very professional! Dr. Bacala was also amazing! She listened to my concernes, took her time and gave a warm Midwest feel. When other Drs said I would have to suffer through menopause, she provided safe options. Glad I found this practice.
