RecommendedI had shoulder surgery in 2009 and they were unable to repair my shoulder, also i have sciatic lower back pain from pregnancy. Doing Bowen work and massage has allowed me to be able to work and live a life mostly free of pain. I highly recommend it and Carl is wonderful and his space is welcoming and comfortable.
Carl has helped both my husband and myself with arm, leg, and back pain. His technique is not painful, and very relaxing. I highly recommend a session to anyone in pain.

Carl is tuned in. He has an amazing touch and a very thoughtful personality. He's been practicing Bowenwork with me Olympia for years now, and I don't know what we'd do without him !
I saw Carl for sciatica that was screaming down my right leg. I was a little nervous as I didn't know much about Bowen, all I knew was I didn't want to be popped or cracked! Bowen is a very gentle technique, it felt like Carl was just taking his finger & gently pushing on my hip,it felt like he wasn't even doing anything. Of course, later on I was sore as heck ! :) I was very lucky & Carl was able to "fix" me in one session. Any future aches/pains you better believe I will go see Carl again! Highly recommended!
Carl is amazing. I had physical therapy on my lt shoulder for 3 months a few months prior to Myo and it was still bothering me. After one session with Carl it was gone and is still pain free
