I had an amazing experience with Paul. He does a very deep myofascial massage and was able to work through all of my tight muscles and tension areas. I’ve been struggling with low back pain and after the session I felt so much relief. I had a good experience at this massage studio. The therapist worked specifically on my jaw muscles, especially the masseter, because I’ve been dealing with bruxism and jaw tension. After a few sessions, I noticed less clenching and overall tension. I also started sleeping better and waking up without as much tightness in my jaw and headaches.

Finding myo massage (thanks to my friend who is also a client!) has really improved my life.
