I’m a clinician and see patients in Home health. This company regularly denies coverage aside from one to two visits for patients. Regardless of documentation, indicating that they are unsafe with ambulation, transfers, activities of daily, living, etc. I would give negative stars if possible.

There is no way to describe the awfulness of myNEXUS. Their slogan should be “Profit over People!” Let those who can’t walk stay disabled because we (myNEXUS) will deny services to those who have the potential to actually get better. As a health care provider in home care that has been my experience over and over and over and over…

I work in health care and have worked with mynexus for the past 3 years. They manage other health care plans; Humana, anthem (blue cross blue shield). Their job is to not pay for anything. So they deny most things or don't give the amount of visits the patient needs and basically take people's Medicare money but don't give the services that people need to get better or be healthy. It is the worst. Our health care system is dying and killing people with it. They should be ashamed of the way they operate. Very sad.
