Have been 'doing the work' with MyndFit now for just over 2 years now and the results have been great. A lot of other changes and work and have been done outside of MyndFit but with the help and guidance of Dan and the MyndFit program, I have been able to rewire my brain and attitude, making life much more enjoyable.
