Mynd is a scamming property! Whatever you do, DO NOT interact with them and their properties. They lack communication and not just days of non-communication but weeks! No one ever has an answer and always we will give a call back and then never does. They will waste your time and money! I can only warn people DO NOT rent from a property managed by this company. I echo the review below, they almost seem like a scam company, it’s that bad. I’ve had so many issues with them I can’t even count. Over charging me, won’t follow up with calls, don’t repair issues in my home in a timelely manner, it goes on and on. Seriously terrible management company, super disappointed. I honestly would not have ever moved here if I knew how bad this company would be.
They did a terrible job managing our property. They essentially just did nothing to actually manage it (we were stuck dealing with the tenant issues, who was regularly threatening to sue us). When the tenant eventually moved out they massively overcharged us for cleaning, and then spent a few months not even bothering to show the place. We fired them, but we were stuck with them taking over out rental listings for a few months and now they're sending us more invoices. Just stay away.
we moved in our new unit 2 months ago and we had no trash bins, no curtains. few days later there was water pressure issue, no function of heater for water. when we had our internet set up from at&t they said the unit didnt have a portal box for the internet cables, the maintenance request was 2 weeks now and is still not resolved. 2 months now we still didnt have internet. we are also currently having a flood outside the apartment that we didnt know where its coming from. aside from that all the issues we are currently havi... read more
