I scheduled a session with Nadine earlier this week and boy am I glad I did! First of all, my central nervous system was on steroids when I arrived (not really) but I was really beside myself almost literally. Nadine is the absolute best! I try to gatekeep her because I know how popular she is. I could not recommend her enough. She was so pivotal during my pregnancy with prenatal massages. I truly would not have survived or felt so prepared during delivery if it wasn’t for her! I have continued to see her this last year post partum and it’s the best thing I could possibly do for my body! The vibe of her room & presence is so calming & relaxing! If you are looking for a great way to decompress Nadine is your person!!
A session with Nadine is my favorite gift to myself. She listens to what's happening in my body so carefully and helps me choose the type of service that's best given what's happening in the moment. I've tried four different services and all of them have left me feeling relaxed and grounded, and my body felt so much better.
