The young lady that was working was more interested in her cell phone than taking care of the customers. Of which was 2 kids and 2 adults total. Then when my son which is 4 dropped his off the edge of the table. After we just paid for it ( no bites taken out of it). Did not even offer to make it right . Again I understand he dropped it off the table but dang.
Poor customer service and communication skills. I don't know is never a proper response.
Amazing. In house made Taro froyo and delicious mochi bonbons. Great staff and environment. Can’t wait to go again.
Sooo great the customer service was great so clean they immediately offered ways to get discounts. The mochi is wonderful we tried them all and the options for yogurt are endless.

BEST customer service ever!!! (Plus they have REALLY REALLY REALLY GOOD frozen yogurt!) There was a mishap with two gift cards I had (wasn't a big deal because it ended up working out), but they still comped us a frozen yogurt and gave us a BOGO coupon to use. They didn't have to do all that because it really wasn't a big deal. They truly care about their customers! Did I mention their frozen yogurt is really yummy?!
