Don't waste your time or money on this joke of a place. I walked in on October 30th, 2025 expecting some type of help with the aphthous ulcer on the inside of my bottom lip. The doctor didn't prescribe me anything. He gave me some "Viscous Xylocaine" to numb the pain with but that substance is really sticky and ended up creating a film on my lip that I literally had to peel off and then my lip would bleed because of it. In & out so fast, accurate, and so kind with my little one
Dr. MacKinnon and the staff were wonderful. He has wonderful bedside manner and the entire team seemed to truly care. I highly recommend going here for urgent care needs!
