I had spine surgery with a great dr. Was treated very well at the main hospital , would recommend them to anyone, so when I had problems with severe dizziness, numbness, pain and was having green puss coming from the incision site I had my son drive me to Midland to their er , the Dr came in he looked at my incision, from a distance said rudely that it wasn't infected, I was trying to talk about the other problems, he was again very rude, kept blowing off every time I tried to talk, downright mean, so I got upset and said so... read more

The emergency Room is horrendous! Due to medical issues I have I end up in the er more than I care to admit. Most of the nurses are nasty and rude and have no business working with the public. I am on O2 and had to take someone to the er and after 4 hours I asked one of the nurses if there was a place I could have an O2 tank sent to me while in their er. The nurse was extremely nasty and told me I would have to be checked in and be seen if I wanted oxygen! She went on to say if I used the wall O2 they would not set me up. I ... read more

Absolute worst experience we've had altogether. They've had no communication within staff or even departments. We were in Neuro and waiting on one Dr that has never even met a patient to see if he can be discharged is a but rediculas. Awful experience. Changing hospitals and drs asap!!

I am not disappointed in the main hospital in Midland, but the Emergency Room, I believe is very rude. I went there a couple times to get checked out after falling down my stairs (9 steps), then had a seizure. I have a history of seizures, I was diagnosed at Mott Children's Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI. They said I was faking because this time I got lucky and did not pee my pants or anything like that. There are a few specific people that work there. They are so rude, and I think should not work there.

All the staff, Doctor's, and nurses took expert care to a whole new level. Everyone was professional and friendly, making my procedure go very smoothly. I am an L.P.N. in Huron County, and would like to add how impressed I was with their infection control measures. I understand it's importance and really appreciate your dedication to my well-being. I am very confident in these Medical Professionals. The Nurses on staff couldn't be more knowledgable or nice. When you need the office perssonnel they are very cordial & are willing to listen. I like this hospital all around.
